MITIE is all about its people. We know a lot of companies say it, but none of them mean it more than we do. What’s more, we realise it’s not just about what we achieve at MITIE, but how we achieve it. Which is why we have our MITIE Stars Awards – an annual awards scheme dedicated to recognising how passionate our people are in their everyday jobs.
Our MITIE Stars Awards scheme recognises and rewards the individuals and teams that go above and beyond for clients and/or colleagues. It’s an opportunity for us to give something back for a job extremely well done.
What are the categories? MITIE Stars Awards is open to everyone at MITIE and runs from September to August. The scheme is split into three categories:
- Brilliant Customer Service;
- Best Team; and
- Outstanding Act.
These categories highlight the ways in which someone can be nominated for making a difference, and makes sure we’re living and breathing what’s important to us and our clients. If you know of an individual or a team of MITIE people that make a real difference to you, to a customer or colleague then MITIE Stars is a fantastic way of saying thank you for all their hard work.
