What was our client looking for?

A revolutionary alternative to purchasing a new ceiling. In a single application, the treatment improves light reflectance and sound absorption, as well as helping to protect the workplace against harmful bacteria, and because its not paint, suspended ceiling tiles (mineral or metal fibre) are left free of their grid for ease of access to serviceable voids. And an environmentally friendly option.

How did we help?

By providing a fast and cost effective route to a ‘new’ looking ceiling. Unlike general paints ProCoat® does not form a continuous membrane, therefore ensuring that acoustic fissures remain unclogged and tiles do not stick to their grid supports. The coatings provided a more uniform finish than a new ceiling, and offered substantial cost savings over replacement. A 62% saving was realised to the client by selection of the ProCoat® option over renewing the lay in grid ceiling tiles.

The results

A complete non-intrusive ceiling restoration process, with no disruption to the working day. Applied by skilled and highly trained directly employed ceiling specialists, working during the evening. Restoration of the ceilings surface, making it brighter and longer lasting that the manufacturer’s original coating. If it was not for the new dazzling ceiling, you wouldn’t know we had been there.
