provide a high standard of finish, consistency in workmanship and value for
money. They manage over 16,000 properties, so needed a contractor with
the proven ability to successfully deliver a 4 year contract valued at over
£1.4m per annum.

We provide all aspects of cyclical painting and repairs work, including
internal and external pre-paint repairs, cyclical decoration, timber repairs,
roofing, soffits and fascia’s repair and replacement. Our paint partner DULUX
independently checks the quality of our work and reports back to the client
With Plymouth Community Homes managing 16,000 properties,
communication is key to the contracts success. Establishing a local office
has allowed us to work closely with the client and residents to ensure we can
provide a responsive and accountable service.
The MITIE team is always on hand to provide a prompt response to resident
queries and keep them informed every step of the way.
