What was our client looking for?

St Benet’s Church needed a painting team with experience of decorating
detailed ornate structures, to refurbish this historic and beautiful church.

How did we help?

By working in partnership with our client we put together a programme
of work that didn’t disrupt Sunday services or booked weddings and
holy days. Our experienced team of painters carried out the work to an
exceptional standard. From the intricate ‘cutting in’ of colours required on
columns, through to the extensive preparation and sealing work required
on old walls prior to painting – we made sure the job was completed to a
first class standard.

To access the roof our team erected tube and fitting scaffolding so we
could apply a specialist finish – completing the refurbishment of this church.
Throughout the works, great care was also taken to guarantee there was
no damage to the floor tiles and fixed seating.

The results

Our management of the project meant the works were completed on
time and on budget, enabling a large pre-booked wedding to go ahead
as scheduled within this newly-painted, beautifully restored church. What’s
more, we also received a letter of commendation, ‘thank you for all
the time and effort which has been put into the redecoration at St. Benet’s.
