Interior fit out

What was our client looking for?

Bank of Ireland was looking for an interior fit-out team to transform its brand

new London headquarters from an empty building space into a first-class

office environment that reflected the clients’ corporate image and values.

How did we help?

We carried out the fit-out of over 70,000 sq ft which included the dealers’

floor, executive meeting rooms, reception, and general office areas.

We were awarded this contract in conjunction with another interior

fit-out provider within the building.

Always happy to work in partnership, together we carefully managed the

project to ensure efficient planning and coordination of works. We also

made sure that no disruption was made to neighbouring businesses – a

critical factor in the success of this project. Creating offices that would be

soundproof for confidential meetings was vital to our client so we installed

fabric wrapped panelling in all of the executive offices. High acoustic

performance glass was also used throughout the offices and audio visual

equipment was installed, all of which helped to bring the office up to a

top-notch standard.

We’ve also increased the number of security measures via the installation

of access control systems to prevent unauthorised entry to the building.

The results

Our client now benefits from a contemporary and inspirational work

place that demonstrates their first-class image in the financial marketplace.

This project was ‘Highly Commended’ in the Association of Interior

Specialists Awards 2009.
