Refurbishment
What was our client looking for?
An interior fit-out team to transform and modernise more than 104,000 sq.
ft of prime office space at its 22 Hanover Square headquarters in London
while keeping occupied areas of the building fully functional.
How did we help?
Being able to deliver all of our client’s requirements resulted in an efficient
and cost effective project. We not only carried out the refurbishment of
the building’s seven floors, basement and reception areas, which included
stripping out all finishings and providing new office floors, toilets, reception,
roofs, façade and lifts.
We were also responsible for more specialist areas of work. These included
new conferencing suite and high spec meeting rooms complete with video
conferencing facilities and sliding folding walls to ensure our client
achieved the most effective use of space.
The careful planning of phased refurbishments ensured our client’s business
wasn’t disrupted either, and our ability to help neighbouring companies
maintain business as usual was paramount to the project’s success.
The results
Our client now benefits from a vastly improved environment, delivered
while the building was in full occupation. Our management of this
project earned us a ‘highly commended’ accolade at the Westminster
Considerate Contractors Awards in recognition of the outstanding
consideration we gave to the site’s cleanliness, noise and dust controls,
traffic and pedestrian management and signage.
