I just wanted to express my thanks for the tremendous support given by the Mitie security team at St Pancras following the strikes from the customer services and platform teams at St Pancras International…the security team’s commitment to ensuring the business operated as usual is a credit to the leadership from the management teams and should be formally acknowledged and recognised.
