An efficient and dedicated caterer able to seamlessly mobilise and consistently mange a new catering and hospitality contract in Teesside within extremely tight three weeks timeline.
How did we help?
We recruited and trained a brand new catering team from scratch to service their 500 employees on site. Once the team was on board, pre-opening activity began with a countdown to launch marketing campaign, designed to give our new customers an insight into what was in store from day one. The canteen is in a remote location, so we launched a pre-order system to facilitate access and also started a discount scheme for self collection, speeding up service times.
The results?
We achieved our client’s objective of expanding our customer reach to employees in remote areas and improving customer service.
