We ensure that all of our employees and suppliers, working or visiting our sites, have had site specific induction training so that they are fully aware of the site rules, access routes and designated work areas.

What’s more, we have also developed our own detailed site audit inspection which we carry out on every site. This 64 point audit inspection is carried out using a PDA and covers the following points:

• Welfare;
• Procedures;
• Controls;
• Traffic management;
• Storage areas;
• Work at height;
• Site management;
• Plant and equipment;
• General works;
• PPE.
