Debra has over 20 years of customer service, training and management experience. With a background in five-star hotels around the world, she completed her MBA, while working as the UK training and development manager at Red Carnation Hotel Group. She formed her own training consultancy, working with corporate clients throughout London before taking on the role at MITIE. As managing director for client services, Debra’s vision to create exceptional, memorable experiences…one guest at a time for all of our clients, has seen the business grow dramatically with over 500 team members and 43 clients across the UK.

David’s extensive career within the front of house and facilities management arena has enabled him to become one of the industry leading operators. David has worked on both the supplier side and directly for the client as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Credit Suisse, managing soft services for all of their London sites. It was at this point David took on an entrepreneurial role at MITIE, working with Debra to create MITIE’s client services business. As director of operations, David is responsible for leading and inspiring the operations teams, ensuring that exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do.

Working across both public and private sectors, from single reception service contracts to large national accounts, encompassing our full offering, Keith continuously creates bespoke solutions for our clients, their colleagues and guests.
