Switchboard services

Some people see switchboard management as a ‘back office’ function which doesn’t have the same impact as the front of house reception team.  We don’t agree. We think the first impression made on the phone is as important as the one made face-to-face.   

That’s why we make sure your clients will receive the same outstanding service over the phone as they do from the front desk.    

Research has shown that the way a call is handled is just as important as what’s actually said, and we’ve used this insight to create special front of house training programmes for our switchboard services teams. The training we give them in handling high call volumes and difficult calls is unique in our industry.
