Lee Sadowski is the MD of MITIE’s Property Solutions business and has been central in establishing and growing MITIE’s first specialist insurance services offering. He has over 14 years’ experience in property services and business development.
Lee currently specialises in business delivery and growth strategies and has worked with some of the largest service providers in the insurance industry over the last ten years, leading teams to create innovative and customer-focused solutions.

Morris Walshe brings 40 years’ experience in the construction industry to his role as Service and Performance Manager for Property Solutions. Morris has extensive knowledge of the insurance repair market, most notably developing a regional business in the sector to a successful national player, before joining MITIE. Morris is responsible for all operational delivery in MITIE’s Property Solutions business and specialises in supply chain management, reactive and responsive maintenance repairs, and claims validation operations.
