Our employee engagement programmes

When it comes to recycling, it’s vital to get your employees on-side, because unless they change their behaviour, you won’t see any real improvement in your waste management.

That’s why we’ve developed a special employee engagement campaign which we’ve called ‘WE LOVE RECYCLING’. It aims to raise awareness about recycling facts, and help people understand how they can make a difference by doing more of the ‘3Rs’: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

‘WE LOVE RECYCLING’ uses a variety of tools to engage employees’ enthusiasm and encourage behaviour change. These include recycling posters, recycling facts, bin stickers and designs, flyers, internal e-shots, intranet presentations, and outdoor signage.

There are two types of recycling posters – general ones to raise awareness, and posters specially designed for bins to ensure employees place the correct waste in the correct bins. All posters and materials are printed on 100% recycled paper, using environmentally-friendly inks and no coating.
