National Apprenticeships Week
Are you as committed as we are to apprenticeships?
Suppliers who have worked with Mitie for some time will be aware of the importance we attach to the sustainable nature of our activities. A commitment to the delivery of apprenticeships within our supply chain is a factor we consider in assessing the suitability of new suppliers or re-appointing existing ones.
With National Apprenticeship Week (14 – 18 March) almost upon us, it seems an appropriate time to remind all of our current and potential suppliers just how significantly we view apprenticeships within our overall sustainability strategy. This year 2000 new apprentices will start with Mitie!
We encourage all of our suppliers to engage with apprenticeships, and there could be no better time to start than during National Apprenticeship Week. If your business wants to deliver apprenticeships or extend your existing activities, then we are here to help! Our Apprenticeships Managers and network of providers are experienced in the delivery of programmes covering construction trades, engineering, business administration, security, catering, environmental services, catering and domiciliary care, amongst many others.
If you would like to get involved or require further information, please approach your Mitie Procurement contact.
We hope you will join us in developing the nation’s workforce!
