After six years in the hotel industry, in both operations and training roles, I joined Mitie Client Services in 2009 as a dedicated Training Manager for one of our financial clients before moving on to look after the learning and development for the largest front-of-house contract in the UK.
After six years in the business I was promoted to the role of Head of Learning & Development, looking after our team of trainers across UK. As a team, we’ve continued to develop our training offer to our teams on the ground and have been lucky enough to win numerous awards for our efforts.
My latest challenge is taking on the Senior Operations Manager role in London, so I’m moving back to my operational roots, and I’m excited to be implementing a number of key projects to take us to the next phase of our business growth.
