Our unique property insurance service is called Surescope – an innovative approach to claims management for both commercial and domestic customers, providing you with one point of contact, and complete control throughout the claims process.

We ensure there’s one point of contact for both you and your claimants, and one person overseeing the entire project. This means you’ll always know who to talk to if you have any questions.

Surescope starts with insurance claim validation followed by scoping of the claim and our teams understand the differences between maintenance and insurable damage. We then offer a full list of all the potential ways the claim can be settled, giving the person making the claim real choice. And throughout the process we take responsibility for everything relating to the repairs, and for managing the relationship with the customer.

Surescope includes a whole range of property claims management services including domestic building repair, commercial building repair, large loss, subsidence, plus trace and access claims. All our costs are clear and transparent, and we don’t charge membership fees, enforce unreasonable financial penalties, or accept volume rebates – no-one else in the industry can say the same.

Our surveyors and technical professionals ensure pinpoint accuracy in scoping and auditing every claim, while our accredited and fully approved repair teams expertly manage and deliver the works. Our joined-up and transparent approach, combined with a ‘right first time’ mentality, provides our clients with real value for money, and a two-year guarantee for all insurance repairs.

Delivered through our dedicated call centre, the customer service team check that a valid policy is in place and provide expert advice and reassurance to homeowners, then instantly dispatch, reliable, responsive repair professionals to address the problem.

Our reactive services support the following emergencies: plumbing, electrics, gas, drainage and leaks, boiler breakdowns, roofing, pests, general building, asbestos removal and landscape services. We also have great expertise in managing on-going compliance and regulatory matters for our clients, including servicing, periodic checks, certification etc. This ensures that future emergency repairs are minimised and reduces disruption for homeowners and property managers.
