Integrated property management

Integrated Property Management is where we carry out the full range of property services for you, using data and our expertise to deliver a more innovative service. However, we can also deliver our services in bundles or as stand-alone contracts. Our services include: repairs, voids, heating, electrical, cyclical maintenance, compliance, internal and external refurbishments programmes, painting and claims validation.

Investing in our services

The full suite of bundled property management services

We use the data we collect to deliver a more innovative service. This means we're able to exercise greater levels of influence over asset management decisions.

Our focus is on the entire life cycle of our clients’ property portfolios. We can develop, utilise and maintain your properties throughout their lives, providing the full suite of services from investment to technical and support services, taking into account market demand, customer aspirations, affordability, and energy efficiency, leaving you free to focus on your core business.

We also offer a range of integrated services to help you manage down your energy use. We’re also accredited by the MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme), which means we can carry out a wide range of energy retrofit services, including installing air and ground source heat pumps, solar and photovoltaic panels, and biomass boilers. We can also help you with energy efficiency measures like internal and external wall and loft insulation, draught proofing, and energy-efficient boilers.

Thanks to our collaborations with utility companies, we can even explore the funding options that might be available to make energy efficiency measures more affordable. Whether it’s through RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive), CESP, CERT or Green Deal, we’ll make sure it’s the right solution for you.
