Checks can include Right to Work and identity verification, employment history, DBS and Disclosure Scotland, criminal records, credit, overseas and social media screening, plus regulated checks such as FCA and BS7858. All employees complete a Basic Disclosure as a minimum, with enhanced checks based on role risk.
