Ben Saunders

Ben has 30 years’ experience delivering high quality services in the public and private sectors with nearly 20 years as an operational and strategic leader within criminal justice, immigration, care and health environments.

Initially joining the team as a Regional Director, he has built a strong reputation for significantly improving service delivery, contract performance and client relationships, promoting a sustainable, collaborative and transparent approach to partnership working.

A former social worker, Ben has a degree in Modern European Studies and an MBA from the University of Kent.
