Reflecting our purpose to create better places and thriving communities, the programme drives locally tailored initiatives. These improve access to employment, skills development, career progression and wellbeing support.
We’re proud to embed social value in our activities, delivering positive change for people, places and the planet through volunteering, diverse supply chains and meaningful employment.
Through Plan Thrive Mitie has committed to leave a positive legacy for the communities we serve. We have pledged to uplift 1 million lives, support 1,000 places to prosper and build responsible and ethical supply chains. To complement the ambitions of Plan Thrive, Mitie launched the Sustainability and Social Value Supplier Charter in March 2026. It ensures the highest standards from both parties in our interactions with our supply chain.
