Mitie wins new contract with Bravissimo
Mitie has won a new contract to deliver maintenance and security services for Bravissimo, the lingerie and swimwear retailer: www.bravissimo.com. The contract is for three years and covers 28 Bravissimo sites including its head office and warehouse in Warwickshire, and UK wide retail stores. Mitie will roll-out its facilities management app and reporting platform, Mozaic, allowing Bravissimo employees to raise issues and track each job’s progress.

Mitie’s 2025 ESG report showcases bold progress on social impact
Mitie’s latest ESG report reveals it has met or exceeded key targets for the last Financial Year (FY25), demonstrating strong leadership in environmental performance, inclusive employment, and responsible supply chain practice. As part of its Plan Zero commitment, Mitie reduced its net Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 22% and now operates over 6,000 electric vehicles – 74% of its UK fleet. Mitie also delivered over 32,000 volunteering hours and supported more than 1,500 apprentices across 90+ programmes during FY25.

Mitie wins contract to provide security to the DWP estate
Mitie has been appointed by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to provide the largest security workforce within the Government estate, alongside building and operating a 24/7 Security Control Centre. The Security Guarding contract is valued at £136m per year over the 7-year initial term alongside a £3m per year Security Control Centre contract, initially running for a term of 5 years. Mitie will use DWP’s strategic risk-based deployment model providing a physical security presence at Jobcentres and other DWP buildings to enable a safe environment and deter violence, complemented by 24/7 remote monitoring.
