Mitie’s 2025 ESG report showcases bold progress on social impact

Mitie’s latest ESG report reveals it has met or exceeded key targets for the last Financial Year (FY25), demonstrating strong leadership in environmental performance, inclusive employment, and responsible supply chain practice. As part of its Plan Zero commitment, Mitie reduced its net Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 22% and now operates over 6,000 electric vehicles – 74% of its UK fleet. Mitie also delivered over 32,000 volunteering hours and supported more than 1,500 apprentices across 90+ programmes during FY25.
