Case study: Protecting 33,500 m2 at a leading London university

UCL Marshgate contains a café, community hub, lecture theatre, and three ‘vertical neighbourhoods’ all joined by an atrium in the centre of the building. It was designed to support cross-disciplinary teaching and research over 12 floors including basement and roof plant room areas.

Argus Fire delivered the sprinkler system design and 30 zone check valves, ensuring each has the requisite water supply to protect every floor.
