Maria Winn

Starting her career as a mechanical engineer with Ford Motor Company, Maria developed a love for developing innovative and customer-driven products. It led her to join BT, which after several roles across the business saw her progressing to Marketing Director for BT Business. Then moving to Vodafone, she held a number of senior positions across commercial, strategy and planning, latterly as Commercial Marketing Director for UK Enterprise. In 2019 she founded Luminous Marketing, a strategic B2B marketing consultancy. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Maria joined Mitie as Chief Marketing Officer in 2021.
