Past roles

Prior to joining Mitie, Philip was the Global Vice President of Transformation for CBRE where he had responsibility for the design, implementation and success for the new CBRE target operating model as well as the remit to push automation and enhance the organisation’s use of emerging technologies.

Prior to CBRE, Philip was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) based in London, with key responsibilities for UK and US listed clients and European Private Equity with a focus on strategy, deals and consulting. He additionally held the roles of People Leader and Operations Leader.

Skills and experience

He has a successful track record in strategy development, building leadership teams, delivering complex change including IT systems, improving financial performance and increasing innovation. He also has extensive IPO, M&A and business integration experience.
