The Mitie Foundation, established in 2013 as an independent charity wholly funded by Mitie Group, is the principal delivery vehicle for our Plan Thrive commitments on supported employment and community engagement. It works to support individuals facing barriers into employment through structured programmes that build confidence, develop skills and enable access to sustainable work. The Foundation also provides colleagues with meaningful opportunities to give back through volunteering and fundraising, supporting our ambition to uplift one million lives.
